Education
- We work towards creating learning spaces in different places where the majority of the population are tribal and slum areas where children are far away from basic education skills.
- We create a space where they can learn during afternoon or evening.
- Our work is to create holistic learning environment for them to blossom and grow.
- We have 10 educational centres across Aarey (Goregaon), Jogeshwari, Andheri and Malad
- Till now we have reached 510+ Students and our target is to reach 1k+ students, by end of 2025
- Currently, we conduct weekly classes at this learning center with plans to intensify our efforts through regular interventions. This strategic enhancement in our approach is designed to expedite our progress, allowing us to achieve our goals more swiftly and effectively. The plan is to segregate the students by age, group from 5 years to 10 years one batch and from 11 years to 15 years one batch, as we work with students age between 5 to 15 years
- Our aim is to develop the life skills and attributes that will enable, them to work through and overcome some of life’s tougher challenges and decisions, it is not about quick wins or fixes but a focus on continual development over time.
- Our curriculum is integration of Academics, Art form and Life skill,
- Our aim is to educate children around Basic Math, English, and language (Hindi, English and Marathi), skills, We use Dance, Yoga, storytelling Art & craft as a medium of facilitation, Also, we focus on 3 basic life skills like Collaboration, Communication, and Creativity.
Nutrition
- Our aim is to spread awareness on nutrition and its importance on nutritional quality of various locally available and culturally accepted low-cost foods, importance of exclusive breastfeeding for six months and continuing to breast feed up to two years and beyond,
- Along with dry ration and cooked food distribution, we aim to create environment for them to blossom and grow.
- We undertake nutritional sessions by inviting nutritionist and do nutrition assessment, reassessment, diagnosis, intervention and nutrition monitoring and evaluation.
- Our regular dry ration distribution drive for families who they don’t have earning members in their families, or monthly income is less than 10 thousand are the beneficiaries, Currently, we are supporting 50+ families with dry rations. Apart from dry ration, we also provide home cooked food at regular intervals to our students
- Parallel to that, we distribute fruits and snacks at the end of our classes.
- Our aim is to add more nutritional foods to their regular routine.
Women empowerment
- Our strong belief is that women are the primary caregivers of children and elders in every country of the world.
- International studies demonstrate that when the economy and political organization of a society change, women take the lead in helping the family to adjust to new realities and challenges
- There are many segments where women are deprived to explore their capabilities – where we come in picture and do our bit. Majprity of our women group comes from tribal and slum areas.
- Our aim is to empower them by undertaking various activities and programs. Following are being undertaken and continuing……
1. Signature drives
2. Health camps
3. Yoga classes
4. Basic education drive for women group from 15+ age onwards those who have not attended schools in their lifetime
5. Monthly sanitary pad distribution and awareness program on cleanliness and hygiene. - We are looking to setup skill development program where they can have opportunity for becoming self employed professionals
Environment

- With the above motto, our team works towards conservation of environment, by any means.

4. Tribal village cleaning activity in Aarey & nearby vicinity, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Goregon, & Malad.
